Who we are
HA Design and Construction is led by Duraid Mohammed, a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 23 years of civil and structural engineering experience, including work as a Resident Engineer on public infrastructure projects.
We focus on the exterior elevated elements that California law now requires buildings to inspect: balconies, decks, stairways, walkways and their guardrails. Because we also design and build, the report you receive is practical. It tells you what needs attention, how urgent it is, and what a sound repair looks like.
