Section 604 inspections for San Francisco buildings

San Francisco has its own inspection requirement for exterior elements of multifamily buildings, called Section 604. It is filed with the city’s Department of Building Inspection and repeats on a set schedule. Buildings in San Francisco may also fall under SB 721 or SB 326, so we check all three before we quote.
